Amber G. Cash is an attorney based in New Mexico, specializing in real estate, development, and corporations. Her practice involves comprehensive guidance for property owners and developers throughout all stages of project planning, covering aspects from land use and entitlements to leases and litigation. Amber graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 2009 and is an active member of the Texas Tech Law School Foundation and NAIOP.

Paul M. Cash

Partner

Paul M. Cash graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009. During law school, he clerked for Lubbock County District Court Judge Ruben G. Reyes. He has experience in both the private and government sectors handling personal injury and tort litigation. His primary area of practice is commercial litigation. He is involved in the Eastern New Mexico University Alumni Association and serves as a board member for NM Christian Legal Aid.

Paul Havern specializes in transactional and litigation at The Cash Law Firm. Originally from Metro Detroit, Paul earned his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Michigan State. After a decade of living and working in various international cities, he pursued a law degree at the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2021. Paul joined The Cash Law Firm as a law clerk in 2022. When not working, Paul enjoys cooking, reading, travel, and attending concerts.
